AQ Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates attiaqureshi.com, the Ask Attia™ AI chatbot, and the Never Settle™ archetype quiz. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
When you use our website, chatbot, or quiz, we may collect:
• Account information: First name and email address (when you sign up)
• Conversation content: Messages you send to the Ask Attia chatbot
• Quiz responses: Your answers to the archetype quiz questions
• Demographic information: Optional age, role level, gender, and race/ethnicity (only if you choose to provide it)
• Technical information: IP-derived country, browser referrer, session identifier (UUID), user-agent
• Behavior: Mode used (Ask, Prep, Practice, Lines), time of interaction
We automatically redact obvious personal identifiers (email addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, credit card numbers, dates of birth, street addresses, IBAN account numbers) from chatbot conversations before storage.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
• Provide and improve the chatbot, quiz, and our research products
• Respond to your inquiries and deliver content you request
• Conduct research on negotiation behavior (anonymized findings only)
• Send you content you've subscribed to (via ConvertKit / Kit)
• Comply with legal obligations
3. Who We Share Your Data With
We work with the following processors who handle data on our behalf, all in the United States:
• Anthropic PBC — provides the AI model (Claude) that generates chatbot responses
• ConvertKit / Kit — manages email delivery and subscriber lists
• Cloudflare — hosts our backend infrastructure and logs
We do NOT sell your personal information.
We do NOT share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We do NOT share your individual responses with anyone outside our team.
When we publish research findings, we publish only aggregated, de-identified patterns. Your individual answers stay private.
4. Data Retention
We retain pseudonymized content indefinitely for research and product improvement. You may request deletion of your session or all associated data at any time (see Section 8).
5. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:
• Know what personal information we collect about you
• Delete personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — though we do not engage in such sale or sharing
• Be free from discrimination for exercising your rights

AQ Consulting LLC is the data controller. You have the right to:
• Access your personal information

• Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

6. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 16. You must be at least 16 years old to use the chatbot, quiz, or any interactive features. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
7. Cookies and Tracking
We use a small number of essential cookies for session continuity and authentication. We do not use advertising cookies. We respect "noai" and "noimageai" preferences and do not allow our content to be used as AI training data.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
