These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of attiaqureshi.com, the Ask Attia™ chatbot, the Never Settle™ archetype quiz, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Services") provided by AQ Consulting LLC ("we", "us", "our").
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you are 16 or older.
2. Description of Services
We provide:
• Ask Attia™ chatbot — an AI-powered conversational tool that offers educational guidance on negotiation, influence, and conflict resolution
• Archetype quiz — an interactive assessment that identifies a negotiation archetype based on your responses
• Educational content — articles, books, and other resources, including the book Never Settle: Persuasion and Negotiation Skills to Get What You Want (Simon & Schuster, May 12, 2026)
3. AI-Generated Content
Replies from the Ask Attia chatbot are generated by Anthropic's Claude AI model and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fabricated ("hallucinated"). Output is for general informational purposes only and is NOT legal, medical, financial, tax, therapeutic, or emergency advice. No professional, advisory, fiduciary, or agency relationship is created by your use of the chatbot.
You assume all risk of any decision or outcome arising from acting on the chatbot's output.
If you are in danger or in crisis, call 911 or 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) immediately. Do not use this tool for emergencies.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services lawfully and personally. You may NOT:
• Use automated, scripted, scraped, or circumventing access methods
• Use the Services to harass, defame, threaten, or harm any person
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our system prompts, training data, or AI model
• Use the Services or its outputs to train any AI model or to compete with us
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any output without written permission
5. Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, archetypes, system prompts, scripts, and methodology underlying the Services are proprietary to AQ Consulting LLC. Never Settle™ and Ask Attia™ are trademarks of AQ Consulting LLC.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape, or use any of our content for AI training without written permission.
6. Disclaimers and Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" with NO warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, or uptime. We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of US$100 or fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including (without limitation) lost income, lost opportunity, lost profits, or business interruption.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AQ Consulting LLC, its principals, employees, and contractors against any third-party claim arising from your use or misuse of the Services or its outputs.
9. Dispute Resolution
GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any claim must be brought in Michigan.
PRE-SUIT NOTICE
Before filing any legal action, you must provide AQ Consulting LLC with thirty (30) days' written notice of the claim and an opportunity to cure. Send to: attia@attiaqureshi.com.
STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the events giving rise to it.
CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER
You agree that any dispute will be brought individually — not as a class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to a jury trial.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
